Down Syndrome Congress Board Member Dr. Brian Skotko - Dr. Skotko will be appearing on the weekly public access cable television show Life Matters, hosted by Brendan O'Connell, on Thursday, September 20, 2007 at 2:30 PM. Dr. Skotko is a resident physician at Children's Hospital Boston and Boston Medical Center.
