Sarah Ward
Executive Function Presentation
–
In this
lecture Sarah Ward will discuss how executive function skills impact
the day-to-day life, social and academic activities of students.
Specific foundations of the strategies to foster executive function
skills will be provided such that parents and educators can assist
in increasing the independence with which a student can: initiate
tasks, self regulate, internalize and assess the passage of time,
organize information and materials and develop inferential reasoning
and evaluative thinking skills. This event will take place
Thursday
evening,
May 17th
from
7:00-9:00 PM
at the
Bishop
Elementary School
located at 25 Columbia Road in
Arlington, MA.
